Area Manager
Job description:
l Achievement of 100% or more of sales targets;
l Work in POS as part of the team and ensure each store coverage, team motivation, task delegation, and talent development;
l Conduct evaluation on staff performance on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;
l Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
l Regular evaluate and identify training needs and communicate to Management.
l Proactively maintain stock levels for each POS to meet sales targets.
l Responsible for stock counts, stock movements with 0% inventory loss.
l Manage store operating costs aiming to minimize expenses.
l Regular reporting on system requirements, weekly and monthly sales & marketing reports
l Maintain world class store presentation, guarantee Store and staff presentation perfectly follow brand guidelines
l Ensure company’s policies, all security and store operational procedures including till operation tightly followed;
l Responsible for delivering excellent customer experience in store measured by a high level of customer satisfaction;
l Build up effective relationships with VIP hosts.
Requirement:
l Degree holder or equivalent
l 5 years of experience in a retail experience with 3 years as a Store Manager
l Strong planning and analytical skills
l A good team player with good leadership skill
l Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
l Good computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
l Independent, mature, responsible with positive and proactive attitude
