Responsibilities
• Handle daily phone calls and emails regarding product requests, after-sales, complaints, repair, etc.
• Discover and understand the needs of each customer
• Provide excellent service and recommendations to customers according to the company's guidelines
• Follow up with customers, sales team and logistic office and repair center etc.
• Data entry on customer and product information.
Requirements
• at least 2-3 years of experience in retail, customer / concierge service or luxury brand
• Excellent customer service skills, watches & fine Jewelry experience preferred
• Able to communicate written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good computer skills and fast learner in computer software
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Must be flexible and able to work on 24 hours shift rosters
