職位要求:
Evaluate and analyze information from multiple sources including CCTV,
Patron / Employee Data bases, Digital, available statistics, etc and
submit reports to the Special Projects Manager.
• Builds credibility with other team members;
• Contributes to team effectiveness by keeping informed and sharing knowledge and technical skills;
• Uses discretion in handling difficult situations;
• Contributes to the effectiveness of the Surveillance team by promoting
a professional image, handling all situations with the required
confidentiality;
• Maintains effective reporting procedures by ensuring all reports are
completed in a timely and accurate manner and filed appropriately,
keeping appropriate personnel informed at all times;
• Provides back up support to all team members to ensure the
professional image and integrity of the Surveillance department is
maintained;
• Evaluates and analyzes information from multiple sources including
CCTV, Patron / Employee Data bases, Digital, available statistics, etc.;
• Responds to situations identified through surveillance and computer analysis systems or as supplied;
• Maintains control and confidentiality of Surveillance and computer systems;
• Observes and analyzes non-gaming, gaming and cash handling areas using
advanced IT systems in accordance with standard operating procedures;
• Labels, files, documents and stores recording mediums;
• Reviews gaming and cash handling activities to ensure procedures have been complied with and integrity maintained;
• Operates advanced IT systems and communication equipment in accordance with operating requirements;
• Monitors illegal / suspicious activity of Team Members and customers
within NagaWorld complex, gaming and cash handling areas, ensuring
detected activities are reported to appropriate personnel;
• Documents all illegal activities using recording mediums and the appropriate electronic reporting system.
Requirement:
• University degree in statistics, computer science, business, gaming, engineering or other analytical fields
• Minimum two years of relevant industry experience in related field
• Investigations background (Police)
• Casino Gaming Knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite literate
