職位要求:
Responsible for the efficient and effective daily operations of building service management.
• Provides design and coordination and management for internal and external consultants for all MEP systems;
• Improves design to save cost;
• Responsible and manages all tendering exercise;
• Understands and ensures proper equipment purchasing;
• Provides site inspection to ensure full compliance with approved MEP designs;
• Controls all MEP sample materials and drawing approvals.
• Coordinates with other trade designers; contractors – management;
• Testing and commissioning;
• Ensures proper permits and approvals from all relative local authorities;
• Quality of time management on projects.
Qualifications:
• University graduate in building service, electrical and mechanical
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects – hotel / casino
• Engineer or related professional background
• Chinese Mandarin (oral and written) and English language skills mandatory
