Bela Vista Property Services Limited is a specialist provider in real estate services with a primary focus on Macau and Southern China. It provides all-rounded property services including property & facility management, tenancy management, leasing agency, project advisory and consulting, project construction & management and project marketing.

Position: Property Officer/ Assistant Property Officer

Job duties:

• Handle daily enquiries and complaints as well as all building operation matters
• Build and develop networks and relationships with the tenant and residents
• Review regularly the rental collection status and take all necessary follow up actions for aged delinquency
• Implement full spectrum of documentation of tenancy and property management related information
• Participate in fitting-out and renovation management
• Drive asset enhancement / improvement works
• Perform procurements & inventory control
• Deliver concierge services and coordinate premises takeover & handover
• Monitor, review and negotiate works and services provided by in-house staff and outsourced contractors
• Prepare budgets and control cash flow management

• Tertiary education in property related discipline
• Over 3 years’ relevant working experiences
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and take up new challenges
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Well verse of Microsoft office including word, excel and power point
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as APO
