Bela Vista Property Services Limited is a specialist provider in real estate services with a primary focus on Macau and Southern China. It provides all-rounded property services including property & facility management, tenancy management, leasing agency, project advisory and consulting, project construction & management and project marketing.
Position: Assistant Property Manager
Grade: Associate
Reporting to: Senior Property Manager
Assist in property management of property projects, developments and destinations managed by Bela Vista Property Services Limited in Macau and southern China.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management and maintaining good tenant relationship of a luxury residential property
- Develop and implement property management strategy including policies and procedures
- Establish and execute the customer service platform for both leased and sold properties
- Negotiate, monitor and review vendor contracts for outsourced services
- Formulate and implement a hiring plan for on-site management team as required
- Assist in marketing and asset enhancements projects
- Oversee the routine administration of the on-site management offices of the managed properties
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in related estate / property related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or leasing management, with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Experience in luxury residential properties or serviced apartments is an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese, as well as fluent Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Good knowledge of PC skills on MS Office tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, high integrity, good interpersonal skills, adaptable
- Need to work half day on alternate Saturday
