Part-time Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Receiving and sorting daily mail.
• Recording daily showroom traffic.
• Assist with the movement of vehicles within aftersales teams. 
• Arranged by manager to work 2 days from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Holder of valid driving license No.1 and 2 is preferable.
