Sales Executive 營業主任
- To assist with the preparation of the annual marketing business plan ensuring divisional objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees.
- To solicit business for the hotel. Maximize profits of the hotel through creative and selective sellina.
- To utilize opera database and develop appropriate and effective sales strategies, with pre-qualify and target prospects, to increase market share.
- To ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation by telephone
contact and written communications
• o ensure systematical and eticient calls on allocated accounts and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales report with findings and opportunities to the EAM-sales.

- To be responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.

- To be willing to work in irregular hours, frequently unsocial hours and public holidays.
Skills required
- To hold diploma or suitable qualification in sales and marketing and/or hospitality or tourism management desirable.
- To possess well developed communication and negotiation skills.
- To thoroughly understand selling techniques and marketing concepts.
- To possess effective counseling, grievance handling, interviewing skills.
- To possess comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
- To be fluent in English and Mandarin - written and spoken, multi-lingual desirable.
Work experience
- To have minimum two to four years work experience as sales executive in a hotel.
- To have experience especially in the travel and hotel industry.
