POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the effective management of all Facilities and Engineering services contracts, project handover deliverables, procurement and Financial to ensure business continuity with compliance to company policy and procedure.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
01. Key inputs to the preparation of budgets and forecasts
02. Monitor contract, inventory and asset costs against approved budgets.
03. Supporting relevant project stakeholders to ensure full compliance and efficiency of service delivery
04. Monitor contract compliance against statutory requirements with procurement.
05. Coordinate with procurement & internal stakeholders to solve all PR problems.
06. Working very closely with the finance & procurement team to enable an effective channel of information to enhance the department.
07. Inventory and Store Management, improvement & development of warehouse.
08. Manage and record all contracts, spare parts and other handover deliverables from project team
09. Perform other duties as assigned by the section head.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and logistics or relevant commercial & financial management discipline
2. Candidates with a history of Commercial, Financial, engineering, logistics, warehouse and inventory will be highly regarded
3. At least 8 years working experience in commercial & Inventory management.
4. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. Multi-tasking skills, good interpersonal & communication skills and a high level of commercial understanding
6. Contract management experience and knowledge of local contractors and suppliers.
7. Ability to work independently and under pressure
8. Team spirit, cooperation and “CAN DO” attitude.
9. Proficient in the Microsoft Suite and computer skill.
