POSITION SUMMARY

• The Gaming Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting functionality of gaming systems to ensure usability and proper business process corresponding to the systems.
• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
• Provide client support in functionality scoping and requirements gathering
• Document business flows and identify gaps in business and system flows
• Coordinate with software development staff on all nominated systems enhancement matters
• Provide technical solutions and systems configurations to meet users’ requirement
• Controlled processing of support requests for nominated systems in a timely and effective manner
• Provide instruction to clients in the use of system and applications to maintain user confidence
• Ensure operation scenarios and procedures are documented for systems and support functions
• Perform system tests to ensure quality products are delivered and meet users’ expectation

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Casino industry working experience
• Experience includes implementation, business process re-engineering, solution design, customization, integration, and/or support of Casino Application systems is an advance
• Good working knowledge of the processes and procedures that will be in use and how these relate to the operation of IT Systems within the Casino
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels with internal and external parties are also needed
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Good in written and spoken English and Cantonese
