Competencies and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of culinary experience in luxury 5-star environments, with a proven track record in high-end dining; prior experience in Asia is preferred.
- Knowledge/Certificates: Expert mastery of Japanese cuisine and ingredients; relevant culinary certifications or Japanese cuisine trainings a plus.
- Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or diploma preferred.
- Language Abilities: Native in Japanese; English proficiency preferred. Additional languages a plus.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (order systems, inventory, MS Office/Google Workspace)
