Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, tracking, advising and supervising the complete process of project execution 
• Advise on procurement strategy 
• Identify, analysis and develop responses to project risks
• Complying with building regulations and company health and safety policy
• Monitoring sub-contractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs with regard to delivery of project on time, to the quality and within budget

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering or Construction discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Strong communication skill of Cantonese, Mandarin and English 
• Knowledge and awareness of Hong Kong Standard Form of Building Contract, deliverables, rights and obligations
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing and MS Project applications
