Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Delivering the project in line with scope, time, quality and budget constraints 
• Professionally managing projects to agreed brief/objectives with client and project teams
• Assist and report to PM
• Documentation & Submissions to Consultant / Client
• Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact the schedule and/or client relations   

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Project Management or Building or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out
• Basic Autocad knowledge
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is required
• Holding Macau ID
