Requirements:

• Diploma holder from any discipline or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy interacting with people and customer service- oriented person
• Pleasant and out-going personality, good team player and able to multi-task

Job Responsibilities: 

• Front desk customer service attending to walk-in customers and greeting all customers with a warm welcome
• Responsible for ticket/ Merchandise/ Photos/ Videos on-site sales
• Cashier management including handle customer payment, issue invoice and day-end settlement
• Answering customer phone enquiries and conducting outbound sales call
• Support other administrative work required

主要職責：

• 主要負責提供前台客戶服務，接待上門客人
• 現場銷售公司產品，包括飛行套票/會藉/商品/照片/視頻
• 負責收款，開發票及每日結算等工作
• 接聽客戶電話查詢和協助打出銷售電話
• 處理部門其他所需行政工作
