• The position is focused on on-trade, developing hotel, restaurant, café, bar and nightclub business. Develop on-trade wholesalers and distributors.
• Conducts daily sales calls
• Implement sales action plans
• Outside the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
• Directly manage key customer relationships and develop new business
• Develop strategic & creative ways to co-operate with key accounts and develop new accounts
• Develop tailor-made promotions and implement promotions created by Brand Managers
• Develop, offer and implement on-going business solutions and consultations to customers through value-added advice, trend/product information and product development support.
• Gain customer insight and build strong relationships with the customers, tailor-make solutions for customers
• Sales forecasting and business planning
• Timely reporting
• Participate in wine marketing events to build brands 
• Executing channel plans and sales & marketing campaigns
• Providing professional service, feedback and insights on the relevance and effectiveness of the business
• Cross-team collaboration
