Sales Support to Sales Team

·         Support Sales Team’s daily operation

·         As a communication bridge between customer and SA Team on daily order processing

Inventory (Wine & POSM) replenishment

·         Review regular needs of key SKU

·         Communicate with Inventory / Logistics Team to ensure enough stock in local warehouse

·         Closely work with sales team on upcoming sales trend and make the most precise depletion projection

Event Support

·         Participate any / every part of event preparation with regional / HQ marketing

·         On-Site Support to ensure smoothness of event

·         Post-event follow up on sales opportunity and evaluation of effectiveness

Office Administrative Support

·         Manage a smooth office operation

·         Miscellaneous support as assigned by regional HR & Admin Head

AR Collection and Invoice Reconciliation

·         Closely work with sales team and customer on Invoice Reconciliation

·         Assist sales team to manage a healthy AR Collection in the region
