Macau Sales Manager (Outsourcing Services)
Responsibilities:
* Prospection of new customers
* Actively and successfully manage the solution development,solution pitch, negotiation and closure
* Act as trusted advisor for clients and develop proposals in line with their needs
* Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and further documentations
* Development multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’accounts
* Build referral and lead generation network
* Development and implement new strategies for new product and services
* Preparation of offers in close cooperation with the bid team
* Development of account strategy
* Build up and develop a long-term relationship with customers Profile
* Deep knowledge of the Macau business environment, preferably candidates with Macau residency or have in-depth working experience in Macau
* Have previous experience in running a services sales function, preferably in the HR or Outsourcing environment.
* Experience in selling complex outsourcing solutions
* Understanding business models and the internal processes linked to outsourcing projects
* Higher education – University level
* Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
* Result oriented, hunter, excellent communication and relationship skills
* Strong customer orientation, team spirit, stress resistant, success minded
* Able to open doors and to close deals
