Actively and successfully manage the solution development, solution pitch, negotiation and closure

Act as trusted advisor for clients and develop proposals in line with their needs

Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and further documentations

Development multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts

Build referral and lead generation network

Development and implement new strategies for new product and services

Preparation of offers in close cooperation with the bid team

Build up and develop a long-term relationship with customers

Have previous experience in running a services sales function, preferably in the HR or Outsourcing environment.

Experience in selling complex outsourcing solutions

Understanding business models and the internal processes linked to outsourcing projects

Well-versed with the business climate in Macau

Have established networks with Macanese enterprises and government agencies
-
Higher education – University level
-
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
-
Result oriented, hunter, excellent communication and relationship skills

Strong customer orientation, team spirit, stress resistant, success minded

Able to open doors and to close deals
