Job Description:
- To motivate and lead the
frontline staff to achieve sales target
- Business forecast and planning
- Monitor the sales performance
- Execute action plan to improve
performance
- Deliver client relationships
method to build customer loyalty.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years’ retail
experience with 3 years’ at supervisory level
- Good
leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of Cantonese,
English and Mandarin.
