Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to Retail Manager, responsible for building a high level retail team and motivate the retail team towards achievement of sales target & company KPI
• Oversee daily stores operations, inventory control and overall shopping experience to achieve optimum operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Providing leadership to the store team, including recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management
• Identify business opportunities and grow the market share
• Customer Relationship Management – managing our customer database, driving appointment bookings, and managing in-store VIP events
• Building solid relationships with relevant stakeholders, including the senior management team

Job Requirements:

• Min. 8 years retail operations experience in fashion / Sports retail
• An in-depth knowledge of retail store operations with strong business acumen
• Identify business risk and opportunity, ability to think strategically at a high level, define and lead the implementation of plans to meet resulting identified needs
• Strong leadership, able to work with people with different levels and good at influence and collaboration
• Self-starter who thrives on a fast placed entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experienced in working with the landlords of shopping mall
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Store Manager
