The Job

• Handle customer general enquiry.
• Responsible for the customer billing report, quotation, PO & invoice.
• Support the credit team work such as payment collection and statement preparation. 
• Support the warehouse arrangement and co-ordination including the machine movements, consumable & parts delivery and collections.
• Assist in the Ad hoc operation support.

The Person

• Form 6 graduate or above
• At least 2-3 years administration or clerical work experience
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication and customer handling skills
• Self-discipline, hardworking, work independently and able to work under pressure
• Good communication in English and Cantonese
