Responsibilities
- Administer and manage day-to-day operations of the Branch
- Retain existing business and acquire new business according to the departmental business plan
- Provide professional advice and cost-effective risks management solution to client whenever necessary
- Supervise and provide suitable guidance and training to supporting staff
- Develop and upkeep relationship with clients and insurers
- Assist to formulate and update broking procedures according to the latest regulatory requirements
- Ensure punctual premium settlement
- Assist in handling claims under the support of the Claim Service Team
Requirements
- Degree holder with ACII/ ANZIIF/ FLMI or good progression in insurance professional qualification
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in insurance industry
- Holder of AMCM Licenses in general & long term insurance
- Passed in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE)
- Proactive, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Permanent resident of Macau is a must
