Boutique Manager

BREITLING is an independent watch manufacturer in Switzerland. Due to rapid expansion in Macau, we are looking for new calibers to join our Retail team.

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Boutique. This professional should have the capacity to motivate, lead, and supervise the retail team to deliver extraordinary customer service, maximize business potential, develop long-term customer relationship, and achieve sales objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Head of Retail/Retail Manager to develop strategies and initiatives to maximize business potential
• Manage daily store operations effectively in compliance with the company guidelines and standards
• Effectively motivate and lead the team to exceed sales targets by goal-setting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
• Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
• Monitor and review stock level based on customer’s needs and buying trends
• Uphold excellent service standard and deliver extraordinary customer service
• Contribute marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich customer database; organize boutique events regularly
• Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining the boutique staff
  
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary education or above
• A minimum of 8 years' retail experience with 3 years at management level, preferably in luxury watch and jewelry business
• Passionate, sales-driven and result-oriented
• Proven customer relationship management experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Pleasant, result-oriented and eager to interact with different levels of customers
• Less experienced candidate may be considered for the position of Assistant Boutique Manager
