Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day project management and execution
• Point of interface with lead consultant and client project teams
• Monitor quality and trade contractor performance through supervision and regular inspection
• Conduct and document all scheduled project meetings
• Conduct final verification for all completed Contractor's work and joint final inspection with clients and consultants

 Requirements

• Degree / Diploma or above in a Construction related discipline or other similar qualifications;
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in fitting out / decoration project design and site management with multinational corporate exposure an advantage and 5 years experience in managerial role;
• 8 years or above of relevant experience in interior fit-out and A&A works with consultant, contractor and vendor is preferable;
• Able to work independently with passion and lead a small team;
• Good handling of Health & Safety regulations;
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills and presentation skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Computer Literacy is essential;
• Must be a holder of Macau Identity Card and Construction Safety card
