Job Summary/Purposes 工作概要/目的
The Fashion Advisor represents the Company when facing the customer.
He/she is a Fashion professional in the luxury goods sector and applies this
professionalism in promoting the corporate image, in the Store’s turnover as well
as in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Moreover, he/she collaborates in
achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for both the Category and
the Store.

Responsibilities 職責
- Is
versatile and is responsible for general Store activities, thus ensuring
maximum customer satisfaction.
- 負責店鋪基本運轉的各項活動,以確保客戶滿意度的最大化。
- Is
aligned to the style and qualitative standards of the Brand throughout the
Sales and after-sales process.
- 在銷售過程和售後服務中始終體現品牌風格和服務標準。
- Has an in-depth
knowledge of all the products in the assigned Product range and is always
up-to-date on all the Product range in the Store.
- 對自己負責的產品具有深入瞭解,並對其他產品類別的知識保持持續更新。
- Knows the warehouse
stock of the assigned products thus maximizing sales.
- 瞭解所負責產品的倉儲情況以促進銷售的最大化。
- Takes
full advantage of all contacts with customers in the Store, and promotes both
the Brand and the Product.
- 充分利用客戶聯繫資料,對品牌和產品進行推廣。
- Ensures proper management of the
assigned products for which he/she is responsible.
- 確保所負責產品的合理管理。
- Reorganizes
the products at hand displayed and ensures that they are displayed properly in
his/her department.
- 管理產品陳列以確保符合公司標準。
- Manages sales and optimizes each
step of the sales process.
- 管理銷售流程以促進各個環節的最優化。
- Guarantees after-sales service
with the same spirit as in the sale, following company standards in maintaining
customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to promote the Brand image.
- 保證售前售後的服務水準一致並符合公司要求,以維護客戶滿意度和忠誠度,從而樹立並推廣品牌形象。
- Deals with complaints,
with the support of a manager, if necessary.
- 處理客戶投訴,在必要情況下尋求經理的説明。
- Participates in
meetings and trainings organized by the company and the store.
- 參加公司和店鋪組織的銷售會議和培訓。
- Participates in the inventory.
- 參與庫存管理。
- Collaborates with the
colleagues and contributes to and creates an overall positive atmosphere in the
store and considers its performance.
- 共同創造店內積極向上的氛圍,並推動集體績效。
- Communicates to
management any information
gathered from the customer.
- 向管理層及時反應客戶資訊。
- Is
constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competition.
- 持續更新流行趨勢,瞭解競爭狀況。
