Responsibilities:

• Client communication for business operation and delivery
• Handle telephone calls / email enquiries from different channels / Corporate customers
• Handle and resolve customer issues &complaints in positive way
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal parties to achieve service excellence

Requirements:

• University degree holder with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in service industry
• Customer oriented & interested in dealing with people at all levels
• Pleasant, mature independent and able to work under pressure
• Good commend of English and Chinese typing
• Immediate available is preferred
