Responsibilities

·         Lead a team of Visual Merchandisers for executing all interiors changeovers and installations for store or store(s) including but not limited to construction of any interior/window sets, on-site prop handling and prop placement

·         In keeping with visual calendar, prepare for next installation or floor change.

·         For each installation, responsible for procuring/compiling creative and aesthetic elements for floor, including: any decorative prop elements, furniture, fabric, etc.

·         Execute daily interior-set maintenance for store(s), this includes: repositioning mannequins, re-propping, and sourcing alternative product for interior presentations

·         Conduct daily walkthrough of location, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the site

·         Execute interim display strategies for critical vacancies.

·         Partner with store management and product presentation

·         Hire and manage freelance or temporary support staff (stylists, carpenters, etc.) during installations and changeovers.

Requirements

·         5 years visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/fine art/fashion styling experience

·         Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar.

·         Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (i.e., evenings after 9 PM, and weekends).

·         Project Management/Organization skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punchlist, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction.

·         Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in verbal conversation with peers, supervisors and direct reports.

·         General computer proficiency to include Word and Excel.

·         Proven ability to understand RL aesthetic
