職位要求:

Key Responsibilities
 
-          Establish project parameters including time, cost, technical and performance
-          Ensure management are made aware of all quality and environmental issues
-          Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
-          Advising upon the procurement of resources
-          Monitoring and applying performance management techniques
-          Monitoring and advising upon project finances
-          Attend regular meetings with the client, consultants, contractors and external parties to ensure all are aware of current project status and progress
-          Create detail project progress reports and distribute to relevant parties
-          Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
 
Requirements
 
-          Degree qualified in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
-          Proven track record in managing MEP projects in Macau/HK
-          Understanding of Macau Building Regulations and experience of implementing them
-          Fluency in Mandarin and English
