Work Location: Macau

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation and ensuring that service is prompt, enthusiastic and adhere to the standards
• Handling emergency cases in accordance with policies and procedures
• Handle effectively with customers' enquiries and complaints
• Monitor all the duties are performed and follow the standards
• Provide staff training to ensure effective and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in luxury hotels would be an advantage
• Good customer service skills
• Customer oriented, polite, cheerful and outgoing personality
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
