Work Location: Macau
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operation and ensuring that service is prompt, enthusiastic and adhere to the standards
- Handling emergency cases in accordance with policies and procedures
- Handle effectively with customers' enquiries and complaints
- Monitor all the duties are performed and follow the standards
- Provide staff training to ensure effective and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in luxury hotels would be an advantage
- Good customer service skills
- Customer oriented, polite, cheerful and outgoing personality
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
