Responsibilities:
· Provide
administrative support for designated Project Teams on regular reporting, correspondence
exchange and document circulation
·
Manage internal
databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
·
Assist in adaptation
of new programme/ systems in daily site matters
·
Provide occasional
support for office administration matters
·
Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments.
Requirements:
·
Diploma holder with 1-2 years
administrative/clerical working experience. Fresh graduates will also be
considered.
·
Proficient in MS Office applications such as
Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
·
Good command of written English & Chinese
·
Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and
communication skills
·
Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under
pressure and independently
·
Proficient in operating the Aconex
system.
