主要職責

• 全面負責澳門4間店舖的視覺陳列工作，確保品牌形象一致、高水準呈現。
• 每月前往香港協助當地店舖，大約3天。
• 深入了解各店現有庫存（stock on hand），根據實際貨品創作可行的陳列方案。
• 精準解讀意大利總部提供的指引圖片（guideline images），在貨品不完全相同的情況下，選用顏色、圖案（pattern）、物料、款式相近的產品，盡量還原指引的感覺。
• 即使跟隨指引圖來砌場，仍需展現高度創意及解決問題能力，將指引轉化為店內真實可行的美觀陳列。
• 與多個部門緊密合作，包括VM總部、商品部（Merchandising）、零售營運團隊，共同規劃及執行陳列變更。
• 處理臨時任務，例如活動（Event）、Trunk Show、快閃店、季節性裝置等特別項目。
• 負責櫥窗、模特兒造型、貨架、燈光、空間流線等全方位店內呈現，提升顧客吸引力及銷售表現。

任職要求

• 具備奢侈品、時裝或高端零售視覺陳列相關經驗。
• 對顏色、比例、質感、構圖有極佳美感及敏銳眼光。
• 擅長在庫存限制下，創意演繹嚴格的品牌指引，維持奢華形象。
• 熟悉貨品庫存管理，明白存貨如何影響陳列可能性。
• 優秀的溝通及協作能力，能與總部VM、商品部、店舖團隊有效合作。
• 主動、細心，能在快節奏環境中同時處理多項工作。
• 願意按需要往返澳門及香港。
• 流利粵語、普通話及英語

We are seeking a talented and creative In-Store Visual Merchandiser to join our luxury retail team in Macau. This role offers the opportunity to shape captivating store experiences across multiple locations while closely aligning with Italian luxury brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute visual merchandising for 4 stores in Macau, ensuring consistent brand presentation and high standards of visual appeal.
• Travel to Hong Kong approximately 3 days per month to provide support and assistance to stores there.
• Deeply understand current stock availability in each store to create realistic, effective VM setups using available inventory.
• Interpret and adapt Italian headquarters visual guidelines (reference images, mood boards, and directives) to the local stock — matching similar items in color, pattern, material, silhouette, and overall aesthetic when exact products are unavailable.
• Demonstrate strong creativity and problem-solving skills to build compelling displays that closely follow the guideline imagery while working with what is actually in-hand.
• Collaborate closely with multiple internal teams, including VM Headquarters, Merchandising, and Retail/Store Operations, to plan and implement displays, changes, and updates.
• Handle ad-hoc projects such as events, trunk shows, pop-ups, seasonal installations, and special promotions.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation standards, including window displays, mannequins, product styling, fixtures, lighting, and overall spatial flow to drive customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or high-end brands.
• Strong aesthetic sense with excellent eye for color, proportion, texture, and composition.
• Ability to creatively interpret and adapt strict brand guidelines to real-store inventory constraints without compromising the luxury image.
• Practical knowledge of stock management and how inventory impacts display possibilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with HQ VM, merchandising, and store teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between Macau and Hong Kong as required.
• Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin preferred and English
