主要職責

• 主動迎接旅客，提供個人化推薦，根據口味、場合及預算建議。
• 進行現場試飲、產品展示及酒款搭配教育，刺激即興購買。
• 使用POS系統快速結帳，確保流程順暢並符合機場安檢規定。
• 保持店面吸引，整潔陳列，補充貨品，呈現最佳視覺效果。
• 與團隊合作達成每日銷售目標，參與節日推廣活動（如旅遊旺季的「節日酒款套餐」）。
• 協助庫存記錄及報表，確保運作順利。

入職要求

• 具1年以上零售、酒店或葡萄酒推廣經驗（機場或免稅店經驗優先）。
• 熱愛葡萄酒，具基礎知識（WSET Level 1 或同等證書為佳，無亦可 — 提供培訓）。
• 流利英語、普通話及廣東話；懂葡語或其他語言者優先。
• 活力充沛、外向，適應快節奏輪班工作（包括週末、假期及早/晚班）。
• 持澳門工作資格，能通過機場保安審查。

Position: Promotor Location: Wine Pop-Up Store, Macau International Airport (MAC), Terminal 1 Departure Hall Employment Period: Immediate start (November 2025) to June 30, 2026 (full-time, 6-month contract with possibility of extension) Salary: MOP 17,000 - 19,000 per month (depending on experience) + performance incentives (commission on sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage travelers at the pop-up store, providing personalized wine recommendations based on tastes, occasions, and budgets.
• Conduct live tastings, product demonstrations, and educational sessions on wine pairings to drive impulse purchases.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring seamless checkouts and compliance with airport security protocols.
• Maintain an inviting store display, restock inventory, and ensure merchandise is presented at its best.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and contribute to promotional events (e.g., holiday wine flights during peak travel seasons).
• Assist with inventory tracking and reporting to support smooth operations through June 2026.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or wine promotion (1+ years preferred; airport or duty-free experience a plus).
• Passion for wine with basic knowledge (WSET Level 1 or equivalent certification advantageous but not required – training provided).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; Portuguese or other languages a bonus for diverse traveler interactions.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts).
• Eligible to work in Macau, and able to pass airport security clearance.
