Quality Assurance
職責:
| 1. 食品安全： |
跟進有關食品工場製造衛生、安全和品控規定，定期對工場的現場生產和產品的質量控制情況進行檢查；以及公司旗下門市分店、運送車隊之衛生監控 |
| 2. 產品標準： |
以文件及實際操作，監控工場之產品水準(括質控、量控、標準化) |
| 3. 損耗控制： |
控制工場之產品損耗/成本控制，包括原材料及成品，定期以有關數據/報告匯報上司 |
| 4. 食品環境職安： |
跟進有關工場設備以及相應職安控制 |

| 5. 對內培訓： |
定期提供員工相關食品安全培訓，保持員工之水準 |
| 6. 考核認證： |
跟進公司年度審核之內部監控，包括內部GMP/ HACCP文件控制等 |
| 7. 法例法規： |
定時更新相關文件以配合澳門法例法規，如制作成份標貼等 |
Responsibilities:
As independent professional role
focused on ensuring a product or service meets established quality
standards.
| 1. |
Food safety control on food production zone and subsidiaries entities (shops, delivery trucks, etc.) |
| 2. |
Product specification and quality control, executed with document-support simultaneously |
| 3. |
Defect and wastage control and corrective actions plan execution |
| 4. |
Hygiene and work safety control and trainings |
| 5. |
Prepare food safety / relevant trainings for
staff as internal continuous enhancement/ improvements |
| 6. Audits: |
make sure all internal & external audits are monitored and control in timely manner, in accordance to our internal GMP and HACCP guideline. Including work with third parties’ partners |

| 7. |
Legal and requirements execution, including
food label, ingredient, recipes, nutrition specification’s cross checking |
Requirements:

University graduate in relevant knowledge or relevant working
experience in food industry |

Fast response to ad-hoc/ urgent cases (if any) |
| - |
Able to work independently with excellent documents handling |
| - |
Good communication and interpersonal skills |
| - |
Language skill:Cantonese, English, Mandarin |
| - |
Macau Resident with Macau ID |
| - |
Candidate with less experience might be considered as QA Assistant |
Work Routine:

Onsite office work Monday to Friday (shift may start on 8:30am / 9am) |

Sat on alternative half day work basis |

Macau SAR holidays* |

Annual Leave will be adjusted based on year of service |
