Role Overview:
As the Business Operation Manager, s/he will play a crucial role in providing all necessary operations and administrative support to all departments and the office; s/he will also be responsible for all the human resources related function to ensure a positive and productive work environment as well as optimizing human capital for the company.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Overseeing and managing the daily post-sales operations;
• Overseeing and managing the daily office administration support;
• Handling full spectrum of Human Resources roles & responsibilities, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll processes, compensation and benefit etc.
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, human resources management or related field;
• At least 5 years office administration and / or human resources management, with a minimum 3 years at managerial role with proven track records; experience in technology field is an advantage;
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with proactive, aggressive & result-oriented mindset;
