Due to our business extension, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Information Technology Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate and analyze existing IT systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for IT projects
• Design and propose IT solutions that meet business needs, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with organizational goals
• Assist in the implementation of new systems, including testing and training end-users on new processes and technologies
• Identify and resolve technical issues, acting as a liaison between users and IT support teams
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and user manuals for reference
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor ’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
• 5+ years of prior experience in IT analysis, solution design, and operational support for large-scale department store environments
• Experienced in delivering end-to-end solutions through expertise in engineering, system analysis, infrastructure design, and software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
