We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance for the Macau market at Unigra' S.P.A.'. This is a full-time position based Macau. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
What we're looking for
- Macau citizen is highly preferred
- Proven sales experience in the Macau market
- Extensive experience in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive
- Demonstrable success in developing and leading high-performing sales teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a business-related field or culinary experience person is also welcome
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential, Mandarin is a plus
- Less experience will be considered as postion of Assistant Sales Manager or Senior
