Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify emerging strategic needs, planning, tracking, organizing partnerships, and optimizing sourcing procedures to foster trusting relationships with business partners
• Consolidate requirements for external services and supplies, scanning the market for potential suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance
• Establish and implement a Supplier Development Plan
• Analyze the company’s supply portfolio and spending

Requirements

• Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Civil discipline) or Computer Science
• Computer Literacy
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office 365 and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of Excel VBA, Power BI or other dashboard creation tools
• Familiar with sourcing, vendor management and relevant software
• Language Skills
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in Mandarin is a definite advantage
• Others
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
• Keen to communicate and sustain networking relationships
• Adequate knowledge in Commodity Strategies is preferred
• Possesses experience in project management is preferred
