Product Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Introduce company product to potential customers
• Follow up sales lead generated by sales team
• Prepare presentation materials for product introduction
• Prepare product demonstration to potential customers
• Provide consultation service to customer/potential customer on company products
• Provide constructive ideas on company products development roadmap
• Handle product enhancement requirement from customers
• Communicate with Product Owner on enhancement requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration / Hospitality Management or having minimum 2 years working experience in those industries
• Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) systems or hotel industry related systems would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, can-do attitude, independent and persistent
• Able to communicate with Cantonese, Mandarin and English in both speaking and writing
