Key Duties 

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of DOS in Macau
• Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve the sales and profit targets
• Monitor the budget and expenses ensuring they are implemented according to the agreed parameters and standards
• Maintain proper inventory levels, implement purchasing plans and work closely with merchandising team to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
• Lead, motivate and coach the retail team to meet the corporate standards and targets
• Develop and execute shop promotion plan
• Ensure the shop image in line with VM corporate guideline
• Co-ordinate with Shop Construction to ensure the shop image and quality at the corporate standard
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Oversee all store construction projects to ensure that the image and quality of all stores are of consistently high standard in Asia
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store

  Essential Requirement

•  Diploma or above in fashion retailing or related disciplines
• 5 years management experience in retail operations
• Strong business acumen and result oriented
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Desirable

• Fashion sense
• Experience in luxary fashion retail
• Multi-store management experience is preferred
• High level of travelling flexibility
