Responsibilities:
- Handling full spectrum of compensation & benefits functions including payroll calculation, MPF and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner;Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation is essential;
- Experience in retail field is an advantage;
- Manage entire hiring recruitment process from attraction to selection and placement as well as on-board formalities;
- Manage daily HR operations particularly on compensation and benefits;
- Update and maintain employee records and filing system;
- Perform HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned;
- Prepare various HR reports for analysis and management review
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
- Undertake a full spectrum of general office administration and clerical duties, including managing office supplies, office equipment maintenance, office supplies ordering, office stationery printing physical access system support, and company insurance review;
- Organizing company events and employee activities;
- With supervise experience is preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least of 5 years solid HR working experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin. Officer
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, be able to work independently and to work as a team
- Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
