Our Clients are world renowned retail group. They are currently seeking for a

highly professional to join their retail team.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
• Oversee the daily running of the store to ensure the store is operating properly
• Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
• Evaluate the manpower planning and allocation of shop operation
• Contribute and implement marketing programs to enhance brand’s awareness
• Collect, analyses and compile report of market information

Requirements:

• 8 years’ retail experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years at management level
• With female ready-to-wear experience is highly preferred
• Meticulous, able to lead and drive sales performance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
