職位要求:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations;
  • Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts;
  • Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters;
  • Certification of subcontractor regular valuations and final accounts;
  • Ensure that business commercial processes are adhered to project level.

Academic Requirements:
  • Higher education degree / diploma preferably in construction related majors; 
  • professional qualification in quantity surveying will be an advantage.

Work Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years practical experience of quantity surveying for building contractor;
  • experience in casino and hotel projects will be preferred.

Salary Offered:
  • 50K above, subject to actual experience.

Work Location:
  • Required to work at site office.

Remarks:
  • Macau resident will be preferred.
