Our client is a young and dynamic family foundation, is now looking for a high caliber for the following position:


General Manager


Responsibilities:

• General clerical and administrative work to meet the needs of the organisation
• Maintain official records and documents, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations 
• Closely work together with the Board of Directors through maintaining information and resource flows 
• Prepare Board meetings 
• Periodical review of internal guidelines and governance systems
• Develop and administer the annual operating budget
• Ensure that adequate funds are budgeted to permit the organization to carry out its work 
• Prepare a variety of written financial and general reports
• Assist outside auditors in creating year end audit reports 

Requirements

• University degree in a related field, with minimum of five years relevant experience ideally in the Non-Profit sector 
• Ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders
• Detail orientation and self-motivation with high level of initiative to perform 
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation English skills essential
