Senior Facilities Manager
Requirements
- Holder of Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent related subjects, with professional accreditation from engineering.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B)
- At least 5 years' relevant experience with supervisory position in building maintenance, planning and scheduling maintenance works
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-initiative and able to work independently
- Experience in property management field is preferred
