An market leading company in Macau is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage the company's residential projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you are fully responsible for contract and statutory requirements, while ensuring all necessary systems and documents are completely submitted and approved as necessary prior to the commencement of the relevant work. You also need to day-to-day manage all progresses and technical aspects of the work in a timely manner, such as overall cost targets evaluation, project quality, safety and cost control on site etc. Other duties and any ad hoc events as assigned by the senior management.

This position requires a Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies/ Construction/Engineering or equivalent, 5 year or above relevant experience in managerial level, overseeing large scale fitting out projects, overall project planning, management, progress, quality control & coordination of contractors/sub-contractors, preferably with main property developers.
