Within the framework of the company’s overall business strategy, this person will learn the engineering specification business and be capable to advance ones’ career within engineering or expose to sales or marketing stream to further advance ones’ career.  This is an excellent opportunity for engineer to develop their non-engineering career by leveraging ones’ engineering expertise. The candidate will start as design engineer in Hong Kong or Macau to build strong rapport with assigned consultants, architects or designers and to generate outstanding specifications business and further strengthen company’s awareness in anchoring and chemicals products.

Your responsibilities       

·         Maximize the sales potential of Hilti products and services through specification with selected customer groups, exploiting the sales opportunities on upcoming projects

·         Work pro-actively to penetrate a defined group of building designers, principally consulting engineers, to gain specifications through providing a value engineering consultation

·         Provide technical support and training to the company’s personnel and customers, to ensure the delivery of the highest quality engineering service at all times

·         Support the Engineering Manager by involving proactively in internal marketing projects or product launch etc.

Your profile

·         Degree holder in engineering or science related discipline

·         2 years of working experience in construction, marketing or manufacturing

·         High proficiency in English & Chinese (written & spoken) and Mandarin is a plus

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Good team player with strong customer orientation

·         Someone with ambition and potential to excel their career at Hilti

·         Fresh graduates with strong academic record will also be considered
