Job Description:
- Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to DOSM to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.
- Management of all sales and administration associates, ensuring they are working towards achieving the hotels revenue budget for the existing and future years.
- Participation in developing and reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various segments, based on market feedback and market conditions.
- Forecast, controls and reviews expenditures in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Integrate and leverage vendor partner/clients relationships.
- Participates in sales calls with members of the on-property and/or off-property sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment.
- Develops strategic working relationships with leaders of these sales channels in order to proactively position and drive sales to the property.
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- 4 year Business Degree.
- Minimum 5 years sales management experience, to include both Inside Sales and Field Sales Management responsibilities.
- Hotel experience is a must.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written.
