Our client is a luxury menswear retail company, provides a wide range of bespoke, ready- to wear and accessories products. As they are expanding their retail business, they are currently looking for a few energetic individuals to join the team
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer services.
- Support daily operations of store
- Introduce company's products and understand customers' needs
- Maintain close relationships with VIPs and update for the upcoming new product launches.
- Motivate sales team / Drive sales to meet individual and store targets
- Optimize sales revenue though effective implementation of business strategies
- Motivate staff to boost sales and achieve sales target
- Manage the store operations and staff issue
- Provide training to the store staff on the day by day activities
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably in fashion retail industry
- Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated
- Passion in Fashion/Luxury industry, customer service-oriented
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
