Store Manager
Job description:
l Achievement sales targets;
l Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
l Ensure all company’s policies and procedures tightly followed;
l Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
l Work out individual staff improvement / development plan
l Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers
l Ensure availability of merchandise and services; maintaining inventories.
l Secure cash and merchandise by implementing security systems and measures with 0% loss;
l Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
l Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
l Establish networks with VIP hosts;
l Evaluate competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as sales, product style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise with regular update to Management.
l Prepare reports on daily financial and sales reporting, customers traffic tracking, stock count, product and customer feedback by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Requirement:
l Degree holder or equivalent
l 5 years of experience in a retail experience with 2 years as a Store Supervisor
l Strong planning and analytical skills
l A good team player with good leadership skill
l Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
l Good computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
l Independent, mature, responsible with positive and proactive attitude
