Technician (Macau Office)
Job responsibility:
l Normal working hours but will be required to Standby from time to time when required
l Receive and attend to service calls according to Support SOP
l Provide Level 1 support on EGMs and Systems
l Provide liaison between Customers and Support HQ/Development Team
l Provide technical expertise, training and functional support to Customers’ Technical Team
l Assist Customers’ on game conversions and configuration changes when requested
l Gather information from Customer for investigation
l Perform Ad-hoc Productions such as preparing game kits as and when required, with proper QC including verifying game checksum against BMM certification before delivery
l Delivery of spare parts to Customer premises
l Routine site visit to check on Weike’s EGM conditions as and when required by Macau Office
l Report to management if any irregularity is found in Customer premises/offices
l Work with BD to regular check with Customers on their spare parts availability on hand and advise Customers to stock up spare parts
l Work with BD to provide monthly machines and inventory update
l Provide Daily Activity/Shift Report and Monthly Analysis Report
l Track and create Customer EGM & Systems profiles/requirements/specifications by individual venue
Job requirements:
l Diploma or formal technical education in Engineering discipline, preferably Electronics Engineering.
l Normal office hours, and standby 24 x 7 when required.
l Minimum two years’ relevant experience in the gaming industry in the area of Technical Support and Services
l Basic computer skills is essential
l Good team player with ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mind-set
l Basic English speaking skills is a must and ability to speak in Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred
